Kindergarten and First Grade artists have been working hard to draw and cut out different shapes. This week we used all of the shapes we’ve been cutting to make monster collages.
First they viewed different examples of monsters from books, TV and movies to identify how the artists created their body parts out of simple shapes. Then they arranged the shapes on their papers to invent their own monsters and then glued the shapes down. Lastly they added details using crayons. See the amazing and unique results below!
