Cardio challenge !

This month, students are learning the importance of exercising for heart health. They will be participating in many different activities to get their hearts pumping. Stop watches will be used to teach them how to time themselves and they will be making bar graphs to track their progress over the next few weeks. After the break, we will be discussing the types of food that best fuel our bodies and then learning how we can incorporate these new skills and changes into our daily lives.
